Counseling Center Mission Statement

The mission of the Pacific Beach Middle School Counseling Center is to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that incorporates prevention and intervention activities to help students achieve success, become global thinkers, and develop skills in three personal competency areas: personal/social development, academic and career.


The counseling staff at Pacific Beach Middle School would like to welcome you to Pacific Beach Middle School.  Our Counseling Center is located above the main office and is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

WAYS COUNSELORS SUPPORT MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

As counselors, our goal is provide academic and social support to all PBMS students in order to improve student academic achievement. We provide guidance through classroom guidance lessons, small group sessions and to individual students.
