DAILY / WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT

If you would like to know your student's academic and citizenship daily progress or weekly progress, please download this form. Please request your student to give this report to their teachers at the beginning of class. Teachers will fill it out and return it to the student at the end of the class period. This is one way to communicate with your students' teachers and get up to date information regarding their academic progress.
